Welcome to Automation Academy for Network Marketers
(the “Course”). These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Course and associated products. By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the Course or associated products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course or related products.
1. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to, videos, written materials, graphics, templates, processes, and strategies, are the intellectual property of
Automation Academy for Network Marketers and its owner, Jane Freund, and are protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any of the Course materials for any commercial or personal purposes without express written permission from Jane Freund at [email protected]. You are prohibited from using any Course materials for teaching, resale, or rebranding purposes. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access to the Course and legal action, including but not limited to, a claim for damages and injunctive relief.
2. Access and Use
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course for personal educational purposes only.You cannot transfer your login credentials or grant access to any third party. Sharing your account details is strictly prohibited.
3. Refund Policy
The Automation Academy for Network Marketers course and the Automation Accelerator Kit are non-refundable due to the nature of the programs. All sales are final. Once you gain access to the Course and the Kit, you are responsible for the full payment.There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course and the Automation Accelerator Kit are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. Jane Freund makes no representations regarding results or outcomes from using the Course or the Kit. No guarantees of income, financial success, or business performance are made.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jane Freund or Automation Academy for Network Marketers
be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course or the Automation Accelerator Kit, including but not limited to, loss of income, data, or business opportunities.
6. Additional Costs
To fully participate and utilize the Course, certain additional tools or services may be required. These may include: A professional email account (starting at $1.25/month).Project Broadcast (starting at $7/month) for communication and automation.WhatsApp is available as an optional method of communication for an additional fee, for those who prefer this platform.
7. Termination
Jane Freund reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course or the Automation Accelerator Kit without notice if you violate any part of this Agreement.Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
8. Amendments
Jane Freund reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed of updates.
